Very very poor app just like the organisation, you can not login or reset the password database synchronisation is worst not at all recommended, lowest quality app in highest budget like any other gvt work

I booked my ticket using the RSRTC app/portal after logging in, but the ticket did not even appear in my account under “My Bookings.” This makes it impossible to access or manage journey details properly. Such a basic issue shows how unreliable the system is.

On top of that, the application and portal are full of login problems. Many times, the login with ID and password fails, and the service does not work as expected. If RSRTC is not able to maintain its app and web portal properly, then it is better to close the online booking service altogether rather than frustrate passengers like this.

This is one of the worst experiences I have faced with any transport service. RSRTC urgently needs to improve its technical system and customer support, otherwise passengers will lose trust completely.

As the Title says, pata nahi kis   developer se banwaya hai ye, basics hi sahi nahi hai, both technically and by convenience. Matlab har character ke input pe refresh karta hai bina baat ke aur jin routes pe buses chalti hai uspe bhi “No Data Available” dikhata hai. Aur kayi baar to search karne pe app hi close ho jaata hai. Bilkul Bakwaas.
