Just returned from a Regents Mediterranean cruise. Not a single guide utilized this tool. Only one of the 10 guides had ever heard of it! This is pretty sad bc for more than half of the excursions, hearing your guide was extremely difficult. Hearing the guide is a very real problem—- but it’s hard to know if this app would help since Regents doesn’t even try to use it!

We received a notice from Regent that we needed this app for guide audio on our upcoming 15 day cruise.  The first night there was a info session on how to use the app. We downloaded the app and brought our phones and earbuds on every shore excursion.  Not once was this used. This seems to be a work in progress.

Bad experience in Porto, Portugal.  The guide’s unit was faulty or she was not given enough instruction.  It cut out every few seconds and we had a group of 35.  Impossible situation in a noisy urban environment!
