## What is RSU Tracker?

VestRSU gives you a clearer view of employer equity without turning your compensation into a spreadsheet project. Track restricted stock units, see your vesting schedule, estimate withholding and tax gaps, and compare a new offer with the equity you may leave behind.

• Import a vesting statement screenshot with on-device text recognition
• Create a local JSON backup and export a clean CSV or PDF summary for your own records or a tax professional
• Add optional vest reminders and home-screen widgets

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your equity data is stored entirely on your device. VestRSU has no account, analytics, or remote user-data storage service. You can create a local backup or use the Apple share sheet to export a copy yourself.
