I’ve never had any problems printing any labels & find this app to be useful but the most recent update has made my print button on the app unclickable and i can no longer print labels.

After updating to the latest version of the app, my Rongta RPP04 / MEVA MBP P500 printer can no longer print PDF shipping labels correctly.

The printer was working perfectly before the update. Now it either prints blank labels or continuously feeds paper without printing.

I have already checked all settings (TSC command, 203 dpi, label size 100×150 mm, paper type, print density, etc.) and the self-test page prints normally, so the printer itself is working properly.

It seems that the latest update has introduced a compatibility issue with Rongta RPP04 printers. Please investigate and fix this problem in the next update.

Advanced User Needed but otherwise Great. Can't beat it for the price of the printer and this program will take care of a medium size EBay store an all the labels it might need. Nothing fancy, but get the job done everytime!

I’ve had this printer for a few months now and at first I thought it was a dream I could crop, rotate, get it to look exactly how I wanted it do the print on the label. Now no matter what setting I use I cannot get a mail label to print on one 4 x 6 sticker. While the app is open before pressing the print button, it looks exactly how you wanted to print and then when it prints it, it only prints a quarter of the label I’ve used about 20 stickers now and have not got one label to come out correctly. Would highly recommend getting a different print, seems like the updates ruin the whole product.

Overall I like this printer/app.  For the price, you can’t beat it, especially if you are looking for something affordable.  It’s not super user friendly but again, it gets the job done.  You can figure out workarounds to make the images fit onto the labels correctly.
