In the old version with the old design, it is not possible to extend your parking tickets, nor to pay for a new parking ticket. You have to wait 5-7 minutes in order to pay for a new ticket and in the meantime this is the reason why I got over few hundreds aed(dirhams) of fine every month 😡. The agents don’t even let the users a window of 10-15min to renew the ticket, they fine them straight away. When I contact the customer service via the chat (which works terribly bad), they completely don’t care. Making an appeal will never work anyway... And guys seriously, you spend a lot of money to change the whole design of the app, but if it doesn’t let the user to log in, what’s the point ???😡 Do I have to expect to get more fines ? Crashes every login *2019-10-09* Version 6.4 very buggy with iOS 13.1.2. Demands a fresh login on opening, despite being setup for fingerprint ID and then crashes when login option pressed.
