When try to pay for parking through the app, after selecting the parking zone, hours and confirm & pay, it doesn’t redirect me to payment link (Apple wallet option) many clicks it remains in same page. I tried uninstalled and installed but issue still same. Because of this I’m paying through SMS service which incurs additional charges. Please resolve this issue , it’s more than a week . Still issue is same . ### 2/5 — V6.4.5 app issues *2026-05-12* Today i just got app update and after this new update I couldnt able to pay the parking once after selecting the parking hours and car if i select complete app stuck in the same screen ### 2/5 — Previous version was better than the current one *2026-04-22* After the update the easier option of locating the street and parking zone on the map disappeared. Trying to register it simply doesn’t send a verification code to let me set up an account. I tried 2 different email addresses, checked the junk folder. App is junk. So I recharge again and see that there was enough time left !!! ### 2/5 — Nol Card *2025-08-13* So I had a Nol card which crashed immediately after recharging it and when I tried to request for a refund they said you need to have your Nol card registered even though you didn’t had an emirates ID, and now that I am trying to register my other Nol card it won’t let me. Very bad user experience. App keeps logging out, I have to keep authenticating via UAE pass which is very fiddly and Annoying. Sort it out guys. ### 1/5 — Not able to delete old cars under ‘Manage Vehicle’ *2025-07-14* When you try to delete the old car plates under manage vehicle it doesn’t delete it, plus if we want to favorite star a second car I can’t, I have to scroll all the way down through the old cars and then pay, it usually make a mistake and we end up paying money to a wrong car ! RTA app frequently hangs specially in the morning hours when you are in rush which eventually reads to parking fine. Other then that very satisfied. I request and hope RTA will resolve this glitch.
