It gets the job done but needs lot of improvement to fix the bugs and enhance the user experience. I wish the govt takes some interest in this as the concept and idea are very useful. ### 2/5 — Need to be improved *2023-05-23, version 1.0* Need to be improved waiting for update ### 2/5 — Exception messages displayed *2023-04-15* 1.) while deleting the added card, getting a toast message as - “Exception: DETAILS NOT FOUND”. 2.) not sure whether the refresh icon works or not as nothing happens visually on click of the refresh icon. ### 2/5 — Documents not available *2023-03-24* Dear Team, Previously added documents unable to retrieve and showing that “Exception : Details not Found” error. Only DL is available, RC documents are not getting. While adding new RC also showing same error. Please fix it. ### 3/5 — Swipe from left to Right to go back *2023-03-18* I see many users complaining about the back navigation key/button. Swipe from left to right in the middle of your screen and it works. However there are bugs in the app which prevents it from opening a few entries (RC in my case). The error it shows is purely a technical one (in the language of programmers) and is not understandable to end users. The newer version shows some additional details like fitness certificate but with a blank expiry date. The background calculation to populate this value is probably missing. ### 2/5 — Not at all user friendly *2023-03-14* First of all thank you so much for bringing back the app to iOS users. But I guess there is no proper testing has done on the app. Not even single link is working and there is no option to navigate app. Every time we need to close the app and go to another document, which is not at all a good user experience. ### 2/5 — Thanks for development of app in IOS *2023-02-20* But please update some bugs like there is no back option after opening document. App UI needs to be improved immediately without further delay. There should be back going option to be there in app. If we wanted to switch to DL to RC we need to close & reopen the app, which is quite uncomfortable. And also let people know that TS RTA M-Wallet is back in Apple App Store. The only thing that will stop India becoming a super power. There are several tools that run underneath the apps monitoring customer issues while using app. They don’t need to wait for a grievance or review written to wake up to a problem. It’s a dis service when you are stuck 10 % of time while 90% time even if it worked. There is no option to go back once we open any document. 2. There is no option to share the document. 3. Pending challan options is not opening even after clicking for multiple times 4. Failing to add new document If we don’t give proper output to the users, then the thought behind the app is nothing. this is really wonderful app. Request you to kindly do the needful Changes for the users for a better usage. ### 1/5 — Who has developed this app *2023-12-27* It’s clear that the person who developed this app has to be sent to a village where he can only clean gobar. After reading all reviews it’s absolutely shocking how this state govt eats our money by asking us to pay 15 year registration amount but when it comes to giving services they are giving zero. ### 1/5 — Function Missing *2023-09-24* 1. You cannot go back to screen once a card is open- no option to go back 2. Integration with insurance is not fetching details of vehicle policy 3. If you have two licenses India and International and if international one is recently issued, it get mixed up to show the data. But the latest update is not at all user friendly. There is no back button, few dl and R.C’s are not at all opening. Nothing works after getting into the app. I got my vehicle registered in 2nd week of October 2022 and they printed card in December but still not shipped to me. Its been more than 6 months. Saw it in news daily that they collecting money for pvc card printng but not paying to vendor. So he is not printing. Only option exists for us is to use Digilocker. But vehicle has to be registered on your name because it verifies the name against name in Aadhar. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work !! *2023-02-05* This app works well on Android ! Thank you very much for making this possible. I am giving this rating only for the availability of RTA M-Wallet in iOS. I have tried adding the card in the M-Wallet and could do it successfully however there is no “Back” or “Home” button to go back to the Home page. All, I have to close the App and open it up to see or add again. Needs to urgently update. It’s too buggy. There is no way for the user to go to the previous screen. One needs to exit and get back to look at another screen.
