I am using it in many words to just make you realise how rude and unpleasant, yelling and arrogant he was. The reason he gave was that we sent a location which was inaccurate by 10 meters. How does that make an SRTA service so much unpleasant and uncomfortable? It was my minor kids who went into trauma and fear. The driver was unfamiliar with the location and appeared to have no clear directions. Worse, the app showed that the driver had “arrived” even before they actually reached the pickup spot, which made it hard to coordinate and caused unnecessary confusion. This affected our overall experience and made the ride far less convenient than expected. Please look into this issue and consider reviewing how arrival times and GPS tracking are handled, as well as ensuring drivers are properly briefed on navigation tools. ### 2/5 — Need improvement *2025-06-22, version 3.2* Compared to other applications, this app feels very basic and poorly optimized. For example, when I type a name or search for a location, it doesn’t pop up or autocomplete, making it very difficult and time‑consuming to find the pick‑up or drop‑off point.
