The app keeps saying “Accessory found iTestMic 2” then “Accessory removed iTestMic 2” and repeats until the mic is removed from my iPad Pro. Sometimes it just crashes or freezes on my iPhone 12. Both have latest IOS.

Tengo la app es muy buena .. pero ahora q hubo actualización el 27 de septiembre 2019 de iPhone V .13.1.1  el RTA solo abre , y se ve la mitad  de la pantalla ..  esto es fatal , xk ya no se puede hacer nada .. , me gustaría q lo vean cuanto antes ,, sería una pérdida q no lo actualicen ..

I use this app at least 8 days a week! When the new iOS update came out the app was having problems fitting the screen. Everything still worked as expected, just smaller. I emailed the developer about the issue and had a response in 5 minutes! That is customer support if over seen it. In the response I was assured the new update is awaiting approval from Apple. Thanks Andrew for keeping us all afloat.

I’ve happily been using this app in the past. But have just updated my iPhone’s software to IOS 13.0 and now I can only see the right half of the app’s screen making it functionally pretty useless. (Even though details on the app states it was updated a month ago to work with IOS 13)

The app is excellent and has by far bailed me out of so many situations.

What I don’t get is why I’ve had to download the app again. The original RTA+ app stopped working, it crashed every time I opened it. 

Problems arose last week so I don’t know if there’s been an update or not, but I’m running it off the iPhone 7 and the only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because of this.

I would be interested to know the developers response.

This has always run beautifully on my older iPad and iOS 12, but this update has made it stop working. All the settings and controls are functional but it only gathers one sample and displays it on the screen and freezes, the play pause button has no effect. I really hope this can be fixed and will continue to work on the older iPads as this has always been a great app to make very good use of those.

You cannot resolve anything less. And it is centered on 1 khz and not adjustable. Worthless for identifying frequencies and it's harmonics.

Yet another update to change something of insignificance to make the actual main functions no longer work properly.

Used with iPad mini. Ran pink noise to do the best I could to flatten the sound. What a difference this made! I can see areas that need improvement but I need DSP. For now this works! Thank you

I normally use smaart to tune but I’ve had this app for a long time and I still use it in a pinch.
I’ve checked out some of the other RTA apps and overall I have to say this one. Straightforward, no unnecessary bells and whistles. Highly likely built by someone who actually works in the industry

Ignore all of the rest of them because this one is actually calibrated for your iOS device. I tried other apps setting up my vehicle and this one is obviously accurate. After about 10 minutes of tweaking the EQ on my head unit my new speakers sound 1 million times better. If you have a hard time setting your EQ to sound good this one will get you there.

Originally got this app on an iPhone 3G. Still works great on my 8. Sure you can’t use it with fancy external mic’s but it will get you 90% there so I can save my ears for the fine tuning. Also really handy for sweeping speakers after a rental for a quick and dirty damage assessment.
