The app has improved a lot. The new Kurdish language support makes it much easier to use, and the online onboarding process is simple and convenient. Opening an account digitally saves time and makes the overall banking experience much better. Great progress from RT Bank

This bank is disastrous. Its app is so bad, empty of features, and restricts users from online stores, buying mobile or internet cards, or paying electricity bills. It constantly disrupts with server loading errors and does not let users view card details, choose another card, apply for a new card, view the card PIN, or change it. Everything is restricted. It’s the worst bank in Iraq. The most ridiculous thing is that the bank's website says customers must keep a balance of at least 250,000 Iraqi dinars for maintenance and bank services! Why do the worst bank and the worst services require that?!

This is a very poor programme. This programme crashes a lot and has very limited functionality. This is the second time I've tried to log in and it says your password is incorrect, even though I'm entering it correctly. I hope you can make an app like FIB or Super Q, which have lots of features. Thanks.

The application is very useless. First of all it takes 48 hours to refresh my account, for some reason, I cannot send money to my other bank accounts and this makes withdrawing from the ATM, very confusing.
