Its app is so bad, empty of features, and restricts users from online stores, buying mobile or internet cards, or paying electricity bills. It constantly disrupts with server loading errors and does not let users view card details, choose another card, apply for a new card, view the card PIN, or change it. Everything is restricted. It’s the worst bank in Iraq. The most ridiculous thing is that the bank's website says customers must keep a balance of at least 250,000 Iraqi dinars for maintenance and bank services! Why do the worst bank and the worst services require that?! ### 1/5 — Very bad app *2026-08-15* This is a very poor programme. This programme crashes a lot and has very limited functionality. This is the second time I've tried to log in and it says your password is incorrect, even though I'm entering it correctly. I hope you can make an app like FIB or Super Q, which have lots of features. For such a well-known and trusted bank in the region, this level of performance is disappointing.
