Scammy!! *2026-01-15* Bikes are broken and it will charge you for a bike that you can’t even get!! And their support team is non existent!! ### 3/5 — Ridiculous fee *2025-12-21* Would be great if it didn’t charge $4 every time you go a second over 30 minutes. Doesn’t help that they don’t have docks everywhere you want to ride. You’re constantly trying to make it back. ### 1/5 — Fake app *2024-05-26* No support numbers work, none of the web links work, it’s a scam. Classic vegas ### 2/5 — Broken Bikes, Bad App *2024-01-20* Broken bikes is self explanatory… The app is a pain to renew passes on - doesn’t load options half the time. Should look into the QR code based pay as you ride system used by CitiBike. Obviously this isn’t NYC but why re-invent the wheel when there’s already a working model out there? ### 2/5 — Theses bikes are all broken. *2023-08-03* The app wouldn’t let me leave a 1 star review.
