Like everyone else hi don’t know where the box is and try to set it up but it keeps asking for a Wi-Fi connection that isn’t available on my phones. I guess I just have a clock now….

I bought 50 of these WiFi cams and sold 45 online without any buyer returns or complaints, they work great, for the price they are most competitive on the market. The main reason why some have camera problems is that they don’t know how to set it up or use the app, as I’ll agree it was a challenge at first, but once I figured it out it’s very easy. Just ask someone with tech skills to set it up for you as the camera isn’t the issue it’s the user, truth be told, Cheers

It’s worth the download on an iPhone. Could be better on a lot of features though. 
Cons:
The app works well on my iPhone but won’t work at all on my Samsung galaxy note 9 which is frustrating. The user interface seems cheap and needs a new classy upgrade. I wish the alarm notification didn’t go off while watching the video playback. No video edit features like trim or fast forward/rewind exist. Sometimes the camera will make a clicking sound in the background but it will come and go only so often. 
Pros:
Once connected to the app the camera playback is smooth with clear video. The mic/listen feature works well too. The camera is not noticeable at all and it’s been unnoticed for some time now in my bedroom with friends and family. The live video feature works surprisingly good even from 100+ miles away. I live in L.A. county and was viewing the live feed from San Diego.
