It’s several. Very difficult to access/view on a Smart TV. RTE Players unable to be located on any of the Google Play stores on a smart TV. You can get on via a web browser on a smart TV however met with multiple faults and error messages and 99/100 the RTE Player doesn’t work. I ‘can’ get access from a desktop however I think the signal dish has to be a second-hand microwave because, once again, RTE Player usually doesn’t work due to very bad buffering. The only ever success I have gained to date is by watching content on a smart phone. Most programmes and live shows are inaccessible due to viewing rights or error messages. Secondly, I find having to watch two ads before it connects with the Programme your trying to watch is very annoying and as a result you might miss what you wanted to watch and you also have a negative approach to the ads, which I think your advertiser might want to know about. Thirdly, the stupid sound which you have to listen to during the interval is extremely annoying. In my opinion, the RTE App is not user friendly and could be much better. However now I have only limited access and can only receive some of the programmes.
