## What is RTG?

"Rares Together" is a social network that aims to expand access to qualified information about rare diseases, not only to people who have these diseases, but also to their families, institutions and the general public.

The "Rares Together" application is a free and free communication channel, with easy access and simple execution, being very intuitive.
