RTM Guidage est une application de guidage pour aider les personnes avec déficience visuelle lors de leurs déplacements dans le Métro à Marseille, à la manière d'un GPS piéton. L’application comprend trois principaux onglets : "Création d’itinéraire” pour créer des itinéraires et lancer des guidages “Où suis-je” qui vous permet de savoir où vous êtes à tout moment “Menu” pour régler vos préférences de guidage : choix des infrastructures à emprunter (escaliers, escalator, ascenseur) et du type d’indications de guidage. L'application fonctionne dans toutes les stations de métro de Marseille, sauf à St Charles pendant toute la durée des travaux. Les correspondances sont donc proposées à Castellane. L'application fonctionne depuis chaque entrée de métro, dans les couloirs et sur les quais. Des indications sonores ou visuelles très simples vous guident tout au long de votre trajet. Le guidage dans le métro est rendu possible grâce à un réseau de balises bluetooth qui permettent une localisation avec une précision de plus ou moins 2 mètres.
