Updated how app handles modifying requests.

Updated issue with duplicated times off for one person on same day. Will now show both if overlapping requests are in system. 
Added a gatekeeping for new members. Now any new invites need to be approved before being on team.

Addressed bug where previous time off is re-added as pending.
