Then it’s as snail slow, there is no option to drop by a branch and have issues resolved because there’s no WiFi in the bank, and all branches are closed to customers. The get better software. Doing business on the cheap !!!! ### 2/5 — Mobile Pay *2024-08-19, version 2024.4.0.10* Now that everything is digital you would expect most if not all to provide apple pay or google pay👎🏾 ### 2/5 — Allows unauthorized access to account balances. *2016-04-16, version 5.0.1* Version 5.0.1.5 has bug where anyone can open the app on your phone, select 'More' at bottom of Login screen which allows them access to the apps settings. From there they can turn on the 'Quick Balance' option, then go back to the app Login screen and view your account balances. This is a bad feature. The 'More' button should not be on the Login screen or it should not be allowed access to options that allow your account information to be viewed by anyone. Please fix ASAP. ### 3/5 — LOVE THIS APP!! *2016-07-01, version 5.0.1* This app is fast, easy to navigate, and I love the quick check! But does not support legal length checks for deposit. In thirty-nine years I have not had another financial institution!! I’ve ALWAYS received great service by friendly knowledgeable staff. The advent of your online banking app has saved me money and time. I have used it exclusively for more than ten years without issue!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! ### 5/5 — Check for mobile deposits it’s impossible to approve by bank always problem *2020-05-01, version 6.0.1.44* I have to stop by in person to deposit checks. So annoying!!! ### 5/5 — Needs an overhaul. *2019-07-02, version 5.12.43* I love my bank, but this app needs some serious overhauling. If I do anything on the weekend, the app doesn’t show those charges until Monday morning. That means I really don’t have a solid standing on my transactions. I am better off with a check book and pen. No matter what time, day or anything, this app should always reflect real time transactions. That is why it is there correct? I am suppose to be able to check my finances at 4am if I wanted to and know where I stand. Secondly, if I am using the app for my account, writing out a complete sentence to say I am doing mobile deposit is smart, but also an overkill. Third, I suggest looking at the competitors apps. RTPFCU have to see what they are doing and what is desperately missing on this app (functionality and etc).
