It balks at loading, it doesn’t remember log-in credentials or use face recognition (a very helpful feature for many disabled users), it’s clunky to navigate when attempting to schedule a ride, and the push notifications often do not work which means a user has to constantly log in to check status. Would also be more useful if the app had a calendar integration function (“add to calendar” with .ics or similar), but when it comes to improvements, the above list is most needed. If this weren’t the only affordable mobility option in town, I would not use this app at all. ### 2/5 — RTS Access needs work. Then I am fairly novice “ Tech-Savvy” nor computer- literate.
