My ride never came & that was the only way home I had . They left me stranded when I tried calling the customer service line I was told I was number 14 on the call list and never got an answer. I am highly upset about this I am elderly & disabled they shouldn’t take so many people for the same time slot if they can’t make the pickups on time . ### 1/5 — The worst service ever *2022-08-23, version 2.16.1* I have had this app and service for about 1 year now, they are all liars and don’t schedule your ride when you need it, but be rude on the phone to costumers. This service needs to stop cuz you guys are making people loose their jobs. ### 2/5 — Performance review of app *2022-06-30, version 2.16.1* Let’s see…..good is that I can look on the app and see when my bus is coming most of the time. I am able to book my rides without assistance. Bad the app won’t allow me to schedule rides the night before. Which makes the morning more crazy as I don’t know if I can get to work . It will update my time for the bus to come then move the time back with no notice. I have been left waiting at times for over an hour. Now I gotta uber Will not be psyching myself out for failure again ### 1/5 — I’m reporting this app as a scam. *2022-05-03, version 2.16.1* An app shouldn’t give you an option to be picked up “now” to be then told that there’s “no vehicles available”. I thought the whole point of this thing was that it was a ride share, yet it’s crazy if I managed to get picked up for work I’m usually getting dropped off with no one else in the van. Strange to think that there’s “no vehicles available” yet when I some how get a ride I’m alone in a six seater van? 3 vans yet I can’t get a ride? That’s so farfetched, and to top it all of I’ve never once have gotten an app that doesn’t at least update for bug-fixes and just general improvement of the app. These developers or the company itself one of them needs to take care of this because im not the only one. There’s plenty of other people complaining of about how terrible this app runs. No solutions have been made this is my final straw im going to report it. This shouldn’t even be a thing where a whole city is an agreement that this app is terrible and it runs horribly for the working person. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE SERVICE *2022-03-26, version 2.16.1* This service is so reliable and literally makes me late to work. I book hours in advance and get told we don’t have any rides for you. People have jobs and medical appointments but this service is so unreliable and says you don’t have any rides available. This is getting ridiculous why even use this app when it’s just going to randomly be unavailable.
