Problem is there are only so many ways to arrange waiver claims, stats, etc. Thus, the app and website are unintuitive and plain silly. It’s unenjoyable at best, unusable at worst. ### 2/5 — Beyond Outdated, Unimaginably Bad! *2024-09-10* Very disappointing and underwhelming app in a time where most people rarely use a desktop/laptop other than for work. And no one wants to use a website on a mobile device. It’s about to be 2025, this app like feels like 2015. And that being generous. Simple update such as dark mode for quality of life viewing has never been implemented 🫤. But why would I expect that when we don’t even have the ability to view add/drop transactions in the app 😂😭😡. Let alone the number of other simple functions missing from the app that all other fantasy apps have. Look towards a more modern platform, this one misses the mark and doesn’t seem to care. ### 3/5 — Basic App *2022-12-09* There isn’t much to the app other than being able to access the leagues you’re currently in and checking scores. The layout looks dated and could use an update. Hopefully a fix for the fix will come soon as fantasy playoffs are happening NOW! ### 1/5 — App isn’t working and it’s fantasy playoffs time *2021-12-24, version 2.7.0* And they make you pay to use them . #fail ### 1/5 — Poor *2021-12-14, version 2.6.3* Having played fantasy football for years, I can tell you, this app seems like it was made in the early 2000’s and hasn’t been changed since. The chunky way of setting your lineup, or how you’re not able to see anything in the standings that’s outside of overall points for and ranking. The playoff ranking system makes zero sense, with the wild card spot going to the team with the most points, not overall record for example: we have a team that has the second most points in the league, yet they’re 7th in the standings… yet they make the playoffs over other teams that have better records. Altogether, this site and app are frankly stuck in 2001 and it’s easy to see how they’re far below companies like Sleeper, NFL.com, Yahoo, and espn. ### 1/5 — Website is better *2021-10-12, version 2.6.3* This app has a long way to go a few things Fix the sort when trying to pick up a player, you can't click on PTs to sort or any of the sub catagories The app is just glitchy all around ### 1/5 — Worst FF app *2021-09-16, version 2.6.3* You might want to take some notes from yahoo or CBS FF apps. Projected points, transaction trends, adding/dropping players, best players available, and overall app functionality… This app was apparently designed in 1983. Like really, flip your phone to the side to see more stats? You can do better. So do better. I got asked to play in my friends fantasy league, and unfortunately he uses the piece of crap. I’ve used ESPN mainly (and previously yahoo). This is by far one of the worst apps I have ever used. The designs are confusing. Tap targets difficult to find. Multiple dead ends. And no ability to easily swipe to see your opponents detailed scores - requires a ton of taps. I’m baffled by how bad of an app can garner these reviews ### 1/5 — Terrible user interface *2020-10-12, version 2.4.0* Extremely buggy app. Difficult to toggle out of news & severely lacking easy details like point in game in the live score tracking. I signed up on the desktop, deposited $10, took 2 weeks of me reaching out to even get my 50% deposit match. They voided the 1st game I played completely due to 1 player not playing, got no notification so I had to play again. 2 weeks later when I played my $5 deposit match they gave me I won $44.15, tried to cashout & was told I could not until after 5 days. Reached out to customer service via email & he was short but said the same things since this was my 1st cashout I had to wait 5 days. It states nothing of the dirt in their terms of services nor their rules! Only that as long as your account is verified you are able to cash out & you can’t even play on their if your account isn’t verified! That was the 5th of April. They only have 2 cashout options which is check & direct deposit. Finally was able to request a cashout on the 10th, that is when they allowed me to link my bank THEN told me I had to wait for bank verification which can take 2-3 business days. It came the next day on the 11th. It is now the 15th & I am just now getting a email stating the accepted my withdrawl & I should see it within a week! I have NEVER experienced this much difficulty cashing out my winnings on any other platform! I will NECER play on here again & will be deleting my account. I hope every year there going to make significant changes but at this point there just a low level fantasy football site/app, while the industry is still growing every year. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent Company *2023-01-09, version 2.8.4* The App doesn’t matter when the entire company has zero integrity. Trust me they do not care about an even playing field. Play elsewhere before they ruin the season championship week by force unfair advantages and making some teams compete for actual money with only a partial lineup. ### 1/5 — Hard to find anything nice to say. *2022-11-30* I’m just going to list my complaints in hope maybe an editor will read this. 1. When you open the app it gives you an option to still create a league. It’s currently week 13. 2. I’m only in one league, I don’t need to see create a league first. Open it to the league you left off at. 3. When you click your league you’re brought to another worthless page where you have to select what to do next. Just open on your team page or matchup, 90 percent of the time that’s the two you want to be at. 4. Scrolling is horrible. Most the time all your thumb scrolling up or down will do is make it bounce a little. It takes several attempts to make the lists go down. 5. They don’t show you projected points in game cast. 6. In lineup you have to turn your phone sideways to see the projected points. For whatever reason the bye week is the first ti be listed. 7. Add players doesn’t list that weeks projected points. You only get to see the amount of points that player has gained for the whole year. 8. It’s one of my very last apps that don’t allow dark mode. Just a silly white generic screen. Looks like an 8th grader in 1998 put the site together. 9. There’s a completely separate tab for disabled list. Just allow me to make the move in my lineup. I’m stopping now. I never realized how awesome they are on injury updates, news, and everything else until I started using a few other fantasy apps, ahem yahoo fantasy (I’ll never use again). The UI may not be the prettiest but RTSports is a solid and great platform that I’ll continue using for quite some time. I would like to see an option to add a player, outside of the waiver claims, in case I have to pick someone up Sunday morning due to lack of info available on Saturday.
