They claim in an obvious Indian accent that I subscribed to the Service for $56 a month That is a total lie This company is a total fraud Fraud and they will take your money if they can. This is the first time in 16 years I have written a negative review of an app from the App Store I have complained to Apple about this and we will see what happens… Clearly, their companies isn’t except for the money they stole from me ### 1/5 — Phone number *2026-04-13* I can’t find a phone number to contact you guys?? **Developer response:** Sorry for the trouble finding us. We don't run a phone line, but we answer email quickly. Write to support@rtst.ai and we'll get back to you the same day. You can also reach support from inside the app under Settings, then Help. Tell us what you need and we'll sort it out. ### 1/5 — False Advertising and Incomplete Product *2026-03-25* If it had been real, this would be very good price; however, 1) it advertised “Unlimited Seedance 2” generations and after I signed up only up to Seedance 1.5 was available; 2) when you’re trying to type your prompt the keyboard covers it completely so you can’t see what you’re typing and even after you’re typing it’s really difficult to make the keyboard go away so you can see the prompt at all. Also, even if it did work it looks like videos only go up to 12 seconds (ok I’m spoiled; I came from Sora). If you still want to try I’d go with the one that has the free trial attached so you can cancel easily when you see it’s not working. **Developer response:** Thank you for the detailed feedback. All three points are fair and worth answering properly. On Seedance 2: it was temporarily unavailable worldwide because of a compliance issue with the model provider, which is why you were falling back to 1.5. That's now resolved. Seedance 2 is live again and we've added Seedance 2.5 as well, so both are available on your plan. On the keyboard covering the prompt field, that's a real bug and we're fixing it. The input should scroll above the keyboard with a clear dismiss control. On clip length, 12 seconds reflects what the models currently support, and we extend it as they do. If you'd like to try it again now that Seedance 2.5 is in, or if you'd prefer a refund for the period when it wasn't working, email support@rtst.ai and we'll take care of either. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2026-03-18, version 1.3.3* Full of pop ups and try and canceling is a frustrating process . No decent templates really , tik tok on. Another form they want you to pay for ### 1/5 — Clunky terrible results *2026-02-26, version 1.3.2* Accurate prompts deliver awful results. Misleading charges I got pro for $49 it’s absolve for $29 and received credits to use their awful standard models and never received the upgrade to the better models. Clunky app that freezes with buttons obscuring other buttons you need. Basically an awful experience Tried to cancel and Apple wouldn’t help. Free trials convert to a paid subscription automatically unless they're cancelled before the trial ends. You can check and cancel yours in the iPhone Settings app, under your name, then Subscriptions, then RTST.ai.
