I did have to mess around a little bit with settings to get it to be as classic as possible with no auto fire and get the screen to be in the correct ratio plus get scan lines to work, but overall DotEmu did an excellent job with making a ported version of R Type! ### 5/5 — Un grand classique *2025-08-03* Un monument du jeu vidéo qui me replonge dans mon enfance. The controls work pretty well. I was able to play through the first stage on the first try (as I usually can), and then the creepy things on the second stage got me (as they usually do). Les contrôles sont top mais ce jeu n’a jamais été pensé pour être jouer avec de gros doigts sur un petit écran. Vous vous ferez souvent tuer par un ennemi cacher sous vos doigts. Sur iPad par contre y a rien à dire, ce problème a beaucoup moins d’impact. Côté qualité du portage, c’est juste parfait. Il faudrait comparer à l’arcade mais là comme ça je ne vois pas de différence. R-TYPE est un jeu exigent mais pas impossible... il y a toujours un moyen de passer et après c’est un peu du par cœur, comme une partition que l’on s’efforce de rejouer avec plus de précision à chaque nouvelle partie. R-TYPE reste un classique absolue du genre qui a imprimé sa marque sur tous les shoots horizontaux qui ont suivit ! ### 5/5 — Perfect!!!! *2019-12-28, version 2.4.0* I wish i had touch conyrols on my Spectrum ZX 30 years ago.... ### 5/5 — Игра из моего детства! *2019-12-27* У меня баг, кнопки на весь экран. 7+. Игра бомба. И это тот вариант где нет права на ошибку! Я ее проходил! Сегодня я уже я совсем не тот))). Игра тренирует память и реакцию.
