Rubi serves as a technology platform and intermediary between Drivers and 
Riders. The Rubi Driver mobile application allows drivers access to rides for 
minors ages 7+. The Rubi Driver app allows drivers to set their availability, 
receive ride requests, accept/decline rides, and manage their own schedules.
