Reached out to the team on Twitter and they tried helping via chat and email but that wasn’t working so they called instead and within 5 minutes everything was resolved. One of the most impressive part for me was their patience in explaining the steps I needed to take. You could sense over the phone that they do really care. Needless to say am stuck with this new bank.
