The offer of matching your deposits locks all the money you deposit into the casino and the only option you have is to keep playing to try and meet their impossible “playthrough amount”requirements in order to withdraw any money whatsoever. At first you win a decent amount, but can’t withdraw anything… (not even 1¢ of your own money that you deposited) then the winning falls off really hard and you do nothing but lose until your money is all gone. I deposited $500 and in order to be able to withdraw even one cent of my own money, they set a playthrough limit of just short of $18,000. Basically, if you deposit money into this casino, you can consider it gone. May as well play in the “free to play” casinos and save yourself the financial loss. I’ve been trying to make a withdrawal for the last week and every time I call the support number which was next to impossible to find in the first place, I get told a different reason why my account isn’t updated enough to get paid out. I jump through 100 different hoops each day only to learn the next day that there is another one and then get told their payments department is gone for the day and I will have to wait til then next day. It is now Friday and their payments department is closed for the weekend because they work on opposite times than Canada time. Apparently now I have to wait until monday.
