المنتج الذي قمت باستلامه كان في حالة سيئة والسبيكة مليئة بالخدوش  بالاضافة الى اختلاف المنتج عن الصورة حيث اني قمت بشراء سبيكة بماركة معينة واستلمت سبيكة اخرى بماركة مختلفة تماما  كما انه لايوجد وسيلة في التطبيق للتواصل مع خدمة العملاء
