## What is RuckForge?

RuckForge is a focused training log for rucking and weighted walks. Track foreground GPS distance, time, pace, elevation and route with your chosen pack load and gear. Build weekly consistency, monitor boot and pack mileage, optionally save completed workouts to Apple Health, and export PDF, CSV, GPX or JSON. Everything stays on your device: no account, backend, ads or analytics. GPS values are estimates. No calorie, performance, injury or medical claims. Version 1 does not claim Apple Watch or background tracking. Free includes five rucks, two packs and one gear item; Pro unlocks unlimited history, gear, trends and exports.
