I went to the ruckus web page and registered it. I rebooted the device and it still is stuck on register. It was suggested I try the app on my phone. I tried to upgrade my home ruckus that isn’t stuck from the app before trying it at the office. The app says failed to fetch versions. I used to install ruckus for all my clients. Generally it’s reliable and good BUT when you can’t log-in with any social platform (the Ruckus preferred way apparently) Ruckus tell you to spend $750 on a support contract and refuse to assist. Never had this with any other brand’s app so be warned if you are going to rely on remote monitoring from your app DO NOT RELY ON THIS. The only way to rectify the “fail to authorise” is to revisit all the sites, jump on the Wi-Fi and re-add them for remote monitoring. No way to fix this as of yet. UPDATE 12-August, 2023: Ruckus says that the login issue can be fixed after I update the firmware on my APs. It refuses to function, it won’t recognize me being logged into the Ruckus network, despite me being logged in. This is preventing me from even trying to troubleshoot my access points constantly resetting themselves. For us this ruckus system never worked properly always some issues. If you look back over the last few years we have had many issues with this system. I upgraded the Master AP to the latest firmware without issues. For some unknown reason, the Client AP did not upgrade and went offline. The mobile app cannot reset an AP. You have to contact technical support via email. Ruckus no longer provides telephone support for Lennar home clients. They will direct you to confusing and obsolete instructions without videos to reset the AP. You’re at risk of disabling the wifi throughout your house. If it were possible, I’d rate the app at ZERO stars. ### 1/5 — Ruckus unleashed does not work *2024-07-21, version 12.145.2* This device was installed in my home as part of a SMART package. I would periodically update the app, recently I tried to update as normally would and I received a message saying I was no longer on the Unleashed network. I have not been able to access my application or update it and they does not seem to be any help for this problem. I use R750 and love the AP, it’s a 8 stream AP, 4x4:4 on 2.4 and 4x4:4 on 5G. Although I have had a few issues, like the access point will just loose its info about the 5G channel and how much data is moving. Also noticed a weird thing with clients and trying to mark one as a legacy device or favorite. But the app will mark a random client as blocked and it’s quite annoying. But that’s with the app, the first issue I believe is linked to the new firmware.
