After you sign in there is no logical sequence for ordering off of the menu. It took me to sweet tea and I couldn’t get anywhere else. At first it wouldn’t take the discount code. Later it did. But all I could order was drinks or off of the group menu in some weird loop. They should hire a competent app creator. The joke in their name (Rudy’s Worst BBQ) applies for real to the app. ### 1/5 — Awful app and no one answers the phone. *2021-06-14, version 11.2* On the app can’t figure out how to delete and if you call you can NOT get anyone to answer the phone. The repeated message says that someone over the phone will help you navigate through the site or app. That is false. This is less than even 1 star. ### 1/5 — San Antonio? *2021-05-30, version 11.2* Your app needs a serious update. The only locations on this version are in San Antonio. I live in Waco. They said that my order could NOT be delivered by any available delivery service. Where is the NationWide App?? PS: This is a forum on the APP.... this is NOT a forum to complain about store service. (Use Google for that). ### 1/5 — Don't use this app *2020-05-11, version 10.0.13* I ordered food for a 430 pickup time. Got thereband they said about 2 hr wait time. What was the reason I chose the pickup if they can't honor that. Still waiting for a refund as they won't answer the phones and all they say is go to the app. This app does nothing but charge you. Horrible setup. This needs to be removed the the App Store. The App told me there is no location near me, even though they have a location 1 mile away. Turned off WiFi and went to cellular only, but same result.
