Im Gegensatz zur vorherigen Bussi-App eine Katastrophe. Der Abholort wird vor verbindlicher Buchung nur einige Sekunden angezeigt, der tatsächliche Ausstiegsort bleibt eine Überraschung. Wenn die App doch für alle On Demand-Verbindungen sein soll, warum dann nicht auch für die Taxibusse im Nachtnetz. Alles nur halb durchdacht und noch schlechter umgesetzt. ### 1/5 — keine Fahrten ?!? *2026-05-07* Die App findet keine Fahrten. So ist der Service nicht zu nuten und man muss dann doch ein Taxi nehmen. Ich hatte bisher einmal das Vergnügen bussi in Essen zu nutzen und alles war super. Jetzt wurden die Verfügbarkeiten verschlechtert und die App soll angeblich durch diese hier ersetzt worden sein. Blöd nur, dass man sich nicht anmelden kann und der ÖPNV ja mal wieder mindestens einen Tag jede Woche nicht genutzt werden kann. ### 5/5 — Alles gut *2026-03-05* Mit dem heutigen Tag gab es ein Update und nun läuft alles rund. Danke für nichts. *2026-02-26* Beeindruckend, wie selbstbewusst hier eine funktionierende App abgeschaltet wird, während der „Nachfolger“ nicht einmal die grundlegendste Funktion erfüllt: Meine Stadt ist schlicht nicht auswählbar. Wir haben den 26.02., die alte Bussi-App wird in wenigen Tagen deaktiviert – und die neue rufmobil.nrw-App ist für Bestandskunden faktisch unbrauchbar. Das nenne ich mal Timing. In der Ankündigungsmail war von „kein großer Aufwand“ die Rede. Technisch korrekt: Wenn man die App nicht nutzen kann, hat man tatsächlich keinen Aufwand mehr – nur eben auch keine Fahrt. Gerade bei einem On-Demand-Angebot, das vor allem abends und nachts genutzt wird, sollte Zuverlässigkeit Priorität haben. Stattdessen fühlt sich das Ganze wie ein sehr ambitionierter Beta-Test an – nur dass die Kunden unfreiwillig teilnehmen. Große Worte zur „neuen Bussi-Generation“, verlängerte Fahrzeiten, mehr Zahlungsmittel – alles schön und gut. Es wäre allerdings hilfreich, wenn man die App auch in der eigenen Stadt verwenden könnte. Aktuell ist das keine Weiterentwicklung, sondern ein Rückschritt mit Ankündigung. Dringender Nachbesserungsbedarf. ### 2/5 — App öffnet nicht mehr *2026-01-29* Die App öffnet sich nicht mehr, nachdem ich eine Fahrt gebucht habe und die App dann schloss. Jetzt weiß ich nichtmal ob die Buchung erfolgreich war. Eine Website gibt es ja nicht. Nicht so toll. ### 1/5 — Leider nur mit Googlemaps *2026-01-14* Es ist mir unbegreiflich warum als Kartengrundlage Gogglemaps genutzt wird und so die Nutzenden zustimmen müssen, dass die Daten an Google gehen. Verfügt das Bundesland NRW nicht über eigene Karten- Dienste? Die App sofort wieder deinstalliert. #dit ### 1/5 — Schlimmer geht es nicht *2025-12-25* Habe mir die App gerade runtergeladen, weil ich früher immer Holibri genutzt habe und dies eigentlich auch immer zuverlässig war und gut funktioniert hat. Diese neue App ist total kompliziert aufgebaut nichts funktioniert so wie vorher und ist total unübersichtlich. Im Fazit eine gute Sache für unsere Gegend einfach nur verschlimmbessert. ### 1/5 — Katastrophe *2025-12-14* Extrem umständlich (Und das grundlos, wo ist hier der Mehrwert) und unzuverlässig. Teilweise kann man Fahrten auf Zeiten ändern die gar nicht existieren/zu denen kein Holibri fährt.
