It’s all about what you can buy with no really opportunity to develop team strategies or even really have any interaction with your team. Rugby Chairman 19 would probably be more accurate. Please someone develop a new, decent rugby management game! **Developer response:** Hi Bigel, unfortunately every change and update on Rugby Manager leads to complaining and community backlash. This game is an opportunity to do something different. We are aware strategy options are limited right now and will be adding a lot more to the game as we go. Enjoy the game! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Customer support dreadful *2022-03-30* I have played this game for several years, then it developed a glitch, customer support told me to delete and reinstall, when i did all my team had gone, all my purchases had gone. Apple refused to help, the customer service help centre for the game gave me no response, i truly loved this game and have been totally ripped off, Apple will not refund or sort this out, Facebook are of no use whatsoever and nitro games support is none existant. From top 100 player to 0 in the stroke of a key, 700£ lost and 4 years of gaming down the toilet. Constantly getting beaten by players who are significantly weaker and no obvious reasoning for it. Have asked support but got a generic answer. It makes it almost pointless to train and improve your team just to get beaten by a much weaker opponent. ### 1/5 — Banned for no reason *2019-12-12* A problem in my game meant I never had to wait the time to get game tokens and could play as much as I liked, I never hacked into anything to do this it was a fault in the game and I got banned for doing this which is very frustrating after spending money on the game, also developers can and will move the goal posts meaning your team can be great 1 day and rubbish the next meaning you have to spend a fortune or wait weeks to build a new team. Decent game but 100% don’t trust the developers and will never play a game by this crowd again!!!! ### 1/5 — L’application ne fonctionne plus *2019-12-12* L’application ne fonctionne plus depuis 2 jours.. ### 1/5 — Rigged game *2019-11-13* Beware you will get to a stage where you need certain items to improve your players, the only way to get these items is to pay your hard earned money to them, this will be ongoing for different items as they are needed and obvious that it doesn’t happen by mistake, they will remove items and lower skill levels of players without notifying you even if you have paid for it! the developers don’t like being called on it and can be very rude until pushed to compensate for their poor dealings and game full of bugs! I would recommend finding a game not developed by sweet nitro ### 1/5 — Scam *2019-11-12, version 0.90* Game starts off ok and can have some fun setting up, but then you need all these items and guess what all the items you need cost lots of money. Bon jeu ! ### 1/5 — Just another pay to win *2019-09-15, version 0.72* Starts out as a fun and engaging game however quickly becomes apparent that the only way to do well in the game is to pay for players. The game has algorithms to ensure you cannot come across the players you specifically need and cannot acquire them without paying.
