Bref, ce qui me fait tenir c’est ce système de guilde qui permet de lier des amitiés avec d’autres joueurs. Le jeu en lui même n’est pas super réaliste … beaucoup de phase de jeu sont irréelles. Genre, votre ouvreur qui perce et qui va taper un drop juste avant de se faire plaquer …. Côté support …. C’est quasi le néant …. Peu de réponse aux tickets ou alors en propos hallucinants. Forum totalement mort …. Heureusement que la plupart des guildes ont créé leur propre espace de discussions sur Messenger, WhatsApp ou autres …. Je suis toujours sur le jeu plus par habitude que par passion …. If you’re going to play this then avoid any in app purchases, it’s run by a company called Sweet Nitro who are awful. A few friends of mine have played and we have all experienced terrible level of support where they even ask for payments. Don’t waste your time or money. ### 1/5 — Appalling Customer Service *2020-02-01* I have played this game for years but have just asked to be removed due to the appalling level of customer service. I am not alone in this opinion. Sweet Nitro has become renowned for their amateur approach to customer service, and to an extent the way the game is programmed. After all these years one would expect there to be a more polished product but, frankly, the quality of the game reflects what is a badly operated business. I can go into immense detail about the libellous messages many players have received from Sweet Nitro when one raises a complaint. They cannot take criticism and respond with insults and extremely childish behaviour. It’s like talking to a petulant teenager. Whilst the game is quite fun, there are much better games out there and much better companies supporting those games. My recommendation, find another game, balancing all pros and the cons, it just isn’t worth downloading. ### 1/5 — Dreadful Support *2020-01-25* Games good at times however regular game play changes lead to inconsistencies. Developer and support team are rude inconsiderate and would be fired by any reputable company who gave a dam about anything else but ripping people off. Game play errors are ignored, rules changed to suit developers guilds, and when you point any of these sort of things out all of a sudden you pick up injuries and form goes out the window. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! After some months of good we seem to have moved to bad again. The latest version has changed game play in such a way as to be less rugby like and has created even more opportunities for cheating than previously. I have now decided to call it a day with this game. A great shame as the game has potential. ### 1/5 — Too many cheats *2021-08-27* Avoid this. There are too many cheats. Players with Very strong teams are able to somehow lower their rating by using and completely thrash teams that have an equal or higher rating. My team has maxed out scrum stats and gets flogged at scrum time by lesser teams.
