First of all great idea in being innovative by producing this app........... HOWEVER: my club is trying to get the data set up in my profile. My club have provided the correct permission but I am still not able to see anything when logged in. I currently don’t get any data. So this means I can’t score the game, add my team list, track the game. I am the manager of the team and I can’t do a thing. When I called for assistance I was advised it’s not Rugby Australia issue and the clubs to sort out. I am sorry but this is your issue. Please help so I can complete my duties as the team manager. ### 1/5 — Fix the Clock! *2019-05-11* The clock is a great idea but it stops working when your device locks!!! So I’m now running a team sheet, the App and a separate stop watch. Clock also couldn’t be reset correctly for half time. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2019-05-08* Can’t run in the background! If you turn your phone off or switch to another app, the clock stops! You can’t score for another team without duplicating the score. Changes to player list isn’t sorted by number. Subbing players is cumbersome. They need to address issues on game day when in areas of low data. This issue resulted in the team photos not loading and the game being put in dispute by junior rugby officials. It would be nice that at player movements and at reporting scoring that you had a “now” button that would enter the current time instead of having to actively have to enter the current time instead of having to type it freehand every time. ### 2/5 — App reset *2025-05-21* App always needs to be closed and reset if left idle. Very painful on game day when submitting scores ### 2/5 — Some good bones basic and glitchy *2025-05-09* The app is a requirement for many community volunteers who donate their time and considering the comments in the community and in the App Store it does require work. Bugs need to be ironed out and some of the suggestions here implemented. Things like Face ID, adding the now option for injury and subs, filtering lists to remove positions already allocated, ability to change positions for added players and using full screen lists rather than small windows when popping up lists of players to choose from. I would be interested how this app would go against current accessibility standards.
