Está muy lenta y cuando llamas se friza y también no sale en linia dura asta 30 minutos para entrar de nuevo

Il n'existe pas de documention technique. Le compréhension de l'application n'est pas intuitive. Il y plusieurs logo incompréhensible.

Les accessoires comme les capteurs ont le plastique et les clips fragiles. Ça tient difficilement. Les télécommandes font très années 90. L’application est un peu fouillis et les annotations ne sont pas détaillées malgré l’essai complet de l’application. Mon impression est donc moyenne. Ceci dit l’alarme avec en plus le traceur est nettement abordable. Question prix. Au final je ne regrette pas mon achat malgré mes critiques.

Está aplicación no está funcionado correctamente está súper lenta a la hora de apagar el motor a veces ni se apaga manda los mensajes después de 30 minutos el récord por igual está súper mala dale prioridad e intenta mejorarla

Meu app travou e não consigo mas logar. Já desinstalei e reinstalei o app porém não sai da última tela. O que fazer ?

Cela va faire maintenant 1 ans que j’ai pris un abonnement a 219€ que je viens de résilier pour allez chez la concurrence qui es moins chère 

Pas de système de rafraîchissement des gps manuellement donc obligé d’attendre que sa le fasse automatiquement nul 👎 

Des retard de notification pour une flotte de 30 quad et buggy cela des fois cree des problèmes de gestion

C’est dommage vraiment

Good app, but my company ia lacking few features.
Please extend the max amount time when no meesgaes are received to one hour and not only twenty minutes. When vehicle Gps unit is in sleep mode during the night then it is always sending notifications.
Second I am unable to select history in statistics for fuel values. I am able select lot of telemetrics data but for the fuel I am not able to see history. So not sure if there is some limit of telemetry which can be seen or why I don't see all telemetry values in statistics section

Could you consider revert back to 2 units on free and basic plan please ?

Two years ago, we reduced the limits for the Free subscription and set the subscription price for three units to be as affordable as a cup of coffee. Therefore, we don't see a reason to increase the limits, considering that the Free subscription is available to all users.

Fiz o cadastro a compra dentro do app na primeira vez que conectei e simplesmente depois parou de funcionar, não abre e fica aparecendo um velocímetro amarelo o tempo todo. 🙁

Seit Anfang an bin ich begeisterter User von Ruhavic. Tolle App und genaue Ortung und super Service. Es gab mal eine Zeit lang Probleme mit der Datenübertragung, nach einer Nachricht an Ruhavic wurde schnell und effizient geholfen. Weil ich das System so gut finde, habe ich mich für ein Abonnement entschieden und kann es nur empfehlen. Ich verwende Ruhavic in Verbindung mit einem GPS Tracker von Autowacht Dresden und bin überzeugt von beiden Produkten.
