## What is ruID?

The ruID mobile app is the official application created for foreign citizens and stateless persons who are planning to enter or are already on the territory of the Russian Federation. Чем думал разработчик при создании данного приложения,если я все вожу потом приходит зайдите через госуслуги,я вожу пароль и мне приходит код на российский номер, НО Я ЗА ГРАНИЦЕЙ КАК Я  ДОЛЖЕН ПОЛУЧИТЬ ЭТОТ КОД,ЕСЛИ Я НИКАК НЕ МОГУ ЕГО ПОЛУЧИТЬ, ЕСЛИ ПЫТАТЬСЯ ЧЕРЕЗ КЬАР КОД,то В ГОСУСЛУГИ ВООБЩЕ НЕ ЗАЙДЕТ,ПОТОМУ ЧТО ОНО ДУМАЕТ ЧТО ТЫ ВКЛЮЧИЛ ВПН

Добрый день! При подаче заявки на въезд не завершили оформление биометрии, пришлось прервать. А после прерывания приложение больше не дает возобновить и не дает ее пройти заново. Даже после удаления заявки, приложение, предлагает пройти процесс сбора биометрии, но сколько ни фотографируйся, больше не принимает ни какое фото и дальше естественно не переходит. Так как человек находится за границей, нет вариантов пройти биометрию в банках или где либо в другом месте.  Соответственно нет возможности завершить оформление заявки на въезд в РФ. Что делать в данной ситуации?

**Developer response:** Сделайте фото в хорошо освещённом месте на светлом однотонном фоне, лицо должно быть чётко видно и в центре экрана. Избегайте бликов и лишних объектов. Повторите попытку. прошел регистрацию , госуслуги есть 
требует дополнить личные , чтобы я мог оформить qr-код
хотя все данные у меня заполненные и аккаунт в госуслугах подвержен черед отдел МФЦ

Для того чтобы устранить ошибку и иметь возможность зарегистрировать поездку необходимо нажать кнопку "Дополнить", после чего отобразиться экран редактирования документа с подсвеченными полями которые необходимо обновить, после чего документ будет отправлен на проверку, по завершению проверки ошибка пропадет.

Сходила в мфц там сказали что у меня всё заполнено. И у меня не упращенная и стандартная а подтвержденная учетная запись. Так почему у меня выходит дополнить данные. Это у вас глюк или что. В начале все работало норм. Поездки видны были на экране. А сейчас дополнить написано. Исправьте наконец-то.
