App always says login failed. No troubleshooting or support offered. Machine connect to network and can be controlled from PC without any issue

It happens this all the time ,when I leave it there after my phone shutdown the screen and locked , then I unlock my phone this app is going to black out for a sec and need you reopen it again, please fix it.

Работает, как должно. При юстировке использовал, когда до кнопки pulse тянуться далеко. Отклик на нажатие клавиш мгновенный, как-будто на панели нажимаешь.
