I have been using it for the past two years for ever concert i go to ! But for the last week the app has not been working . It won't load any of my searches and when im looking at whats near me it wont let me click on any of the upcoming shows . However, with my most recent purchase, I was turned away at the stadium entrance because my ticket was not valid. Only then did I discover that Rukkus has no phone number or way of getting in touch with customer service. I can’t get them to respond to email or social media in order to get a refund. After several attempts to get my ticket, I get an email 9 hours before the game stating they didn’t even have the ticket. They sell seats they do not have on a regular basis. Took my money, wasted my time and then told me the tickets were not available anymore. Their website says they guarantee tickets but good luck with that. They don’t have a phone number and when you submit a request to have them contact you they never do. I knew i should have stuck with the big name ticket sellers like stubhub but i wanted to give them a chance. Then I call back a second time and they tell me it was because it was after 6 pm that I tried to use the tickets. They are horrible and they pretty much stole my money. Worst customer service ever ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2017-10-25, version 7.23* They constantly post tickets on their site that are NOT available they charge your card and then the day of the event send you an email saying they are refunding your order with no explanation. I emailed them and all they said was the seller didn't have the tickets. Then why are they on your website!!!! Now we are left without tickets. On top of that, they don't try to remedy the situation whatsoever. Why aren't they offering other tickets the the event for a discount or free for the inconvenience?! Although their prices look good, they will let you buy a ticket(s) and then tell you they aren't available and give you replacement one and they aren't as good. I ordered a ticket to be delivered using the app, same day purchase. Two hours before the event I still did not see the mobile option in my status. I sent a message using the help function in the app and did not hear a reply. I logged on and reviewed the comments and found a phone number that worked. 917-809-6508, no one answered but I did receive a call back from someone who saw that they missed my call. That number is 917-810-8848. I spoke to Sofia who was very nice and personable. She had to research the issue and promised to call back in five minutes. She followed through on the promises and Called back. I received an email within minutes of our call with a PDF attachment. I was able to view my ticket and it had the correct section, row and seat information. I'm glad I didn't have the same ending results as some of the other reviews. I'm not sure if I will use this app again, but I did want to provide a positive experience. I would suggest using this only for smaller purchase items and electronically only. ### 1/5 — DONT USE THEM *2017-08-25, version 7.23* I have been charged different amounts 4 times for one order! I've had to raise disputes with my credit card company. The lack of response or action is disturbing. I don't doubt continuing to receive more charges from them. I have never written a review before because usually you get what you paid for and that’s that. But, this experience was so terrible that I wanted to let everyone know how much of a scam Rukkus is. A few days ago, I bought four tickets for the Mariners game through the app and after you pay, they have a section on the app that shows your upcoming events and it shows you how to access the tickets. The tickets that I bought, I had to email them and on the app, there is a way to send the tickets to the email so you can print them. I sent them to my email but they never actually arrived to my mailbox. So I tried multiple times and nothing ever worked. Then, I tried a different email address. Then, my girlfriends, then my dads. Nothing would work. I tried multiple, multiple times to reach out to costumer service via email and their customer service chat room, and no one ever reached out to me and haven’t still today. (Note- they don’t have a customer service phone number) So, we went to the stadium and I tried to explain to Mariners customer service what happened, but unfortunately and as expected, Mariners CS couldn’t do anything about it which makes sense since it is a third party. So, while in line to get in the stadium, I bought four more tickets from Gametime which was super easy and scanned right off my phone. Here’s the kicker, since we already bought the other seats through Rukkus, I figured we could still use them because ideally they should be empty since they were tehcinally purchased. As we sat in our original seats, we had two other groups of people during the game that had the exact same seats as us on their tickets. It’s too bad not every section has a 360 seat view, but the overwhelming majority seems to be covered.
