Requires multiple logins to book a class. Slow screen transitions. Please invest in a better app experience! ### 2/5 — Too buggy *2023-08-25* Login shuts down 2 or 3 times before FINALLY logging me in and not crashing. Needs to be more stable. ### 1/5 — App developed by a monkey…. *2023-05-11* You know what they say, if the monkey doesn’t get bananas, it can’t be successful. No exception here folks. This is the WORST app I have ever encountered. I’m a member here and strongly considering canceling my membership. I hope management reads this. - ### 1/5 — Unable to book my own rides *2023-01-21, version 1.2.4* App is very laggy/buggy. I have an unlimited membership and have to call ahead each time I want to ride because I am unable to book the ride myself through this app. When I go to check out it asks me to purchase a membership. Upon checkout, it also switches from my user to a totally random user. ### 2/5 — Slow to Load *2022-11-29, version 1.2.4* The app is slow to load from start to finish. You have to wait for the page to load, wait for the classes to load, wait for the bike selection to load, and wait for a confirmation. I’ve got 5G and all the bars…this shouldn’t be happening and I know it’s a common complaint at my location. ### 1/5 — Awful app, fire your developer *2021-10-09, version 1.1.1* This app is terrible. There are so many issues booking classes, it takes forever and frequently times out when you try to pick your bike. Forget about booking outside of your home studio, that’s an endless loop of logging in over and over. If there’s a waitlist, you can’t be added. And you can’t see what bike you’re on after booking or easily change bikes. The old app functioned so much better. This isn’t new technology, any halfway decent developer can create an app that works better, or fix this one. Cut your losses and fire your app dev company and bring someone in that can fix this app. ### 1/5 — Awful!!! *2021-09-19, version 1.1.0* The new app is TERRIBLE! You can’t modify your existing ride without canceling it first, sometimes booking a bike takes several attempts, and accessing your ride history and points earned takes more effort than it’s worth. An app with 2.0 version should be a step forward not backwards. So for this “beta” version no review! ### 2/5 — Too many glitches *2021-09-10, version 1.1.0* Problems booking classes- had to utilize actual website and call to book classes for the first time and app also brings up someone else’s account. Lacking ability to modify/edit ride-adjust bike number without having to cancel class. Would be very helpful to be able to view bike availability if already booked for a class to bring in friends to ride. New app is lacking in a lot of aspects which has been disappointing. The old app should not have been deactivated until kinks in new app were perfected. I’m not able to modify my bike, I can’t even see which bike I’m on, my stats from previous classes aren’t accessible, and I’m unable to see how many credits I have remaining for each month.
