I haven’t been able to get any impulse points for a while now because we can not get it to work! And when it “worked” after a couple of tracks it stopped working so I only had like 15mins of a ride. HUGE FAILURE! I wish Corporate Rukus would fix it. Same thing with the account. When this app rolled out something happened with the accounts where now some can’t book a ride past their billing cycle date. Ridiculous. Anyways… I keep hoping it will be fixed. ### 1/5 — Does not function *2023-01-14, version 1.3* I love Rukus. I hate the impulse app. Once downloaded, it doesn’t work and cannot be redownloaded since it’s free online, but costs on the studio. Hopefully corporate can fix this so I can change my rating. Honestly, I want to use it, but it’s just full of bugs and doesn’t function correctly. ### 1/5 — THE APP DOES NOT WORK *2022-11-09, version 1.3* Please do not waste your money on this app! It never works properly. It frequently disconnects during your ride and does not track your stats accurately. On the rare occasions that it stays connected, it reports that I only burned 0-2 calories. During classes, I can see that I’m not the only participant with this problem. I often see others on the screen with the heart icon and cancel sign over it. $30 is a ridiculous price to pay for something that does not work. ### 3/5 — Stand Alone is not the way to go *2022-10-07, version 1.3* This app should be apart of the regular app so it syncs my personal information. When I got a new watch it was a whole ordeal to update the Device ID. I should just be able to log in and it connect. ### 5/5 — AMAZING APP *2022-09-08, version 1.2* This app is so incredible innovative! I love that it tracks my Rukus workout in my Apple Health Kit!
