I have an iPhone 6S Plus and one inch is actually about 2 because the app is auto scaled up to the phone’s native resolution. Second, the app has a child like theme to it, which makes it even worse as kids trying to learn will learn the entirely wrong way. Not very exciting compared to other apps as you can do so much there most of the time but personally that does not bother me seeing as what I needed was a ruler or some type of mobile measurement on the go when I'm out and about and don't have my whole sewing kit on me by coincidence. 😉 Would recommend to anyone who had the same problem like me.
