I was trying sign up a class I got an invite to and the app just makes it useless. Not intuitive and once you get through the multiple steps to just try a class you got invited to it says you have to buy a class package. So much for getting invited to try a class.

I can’t add or update payments. This is literally insane to not be able to get into class

Where did classpoints go?? I had a lot of points that gave me early booking access and other perks. The last update deleted all the points. The staff at my location had no idea why. They were just as confused as me because they weren’t even told that classpoints were being removed. We should have been given a chance to redeem our rewards before they were taken away without warning.
