Just to check out my billing/payment history is annoying- gives minimal info, how many classes left/used from multiple class pack purchases/deals or expirations is unhelpful as all of a sudden I’m not able to book and the studio is closed. Also main annoyance- the Apple Watch function- i can only see pending classes and have to scroll to the current one to start, if I forget to end the workout then it doesn’t save?? Clearly the workout ended itself but no data was saved- shows history I did the 60 min Easter class today, but there’s no stats except I increased my time spent in class, & everything else is 0? Gee thanks. 😑 none of my other apps have zero history of sync in health app this way (it is connected). ### 3/5 — It’s…functional *2024-01-17, version 3.9.5* It does the bare minimum, i.e. showing your schedule and being able to see your history but my Apple health data never syncs and it takes forever for classes to show up after i take them. I attend different Rumble Boxing studios in SF - the Fidi and Marina locations. It seems their backend databases aren’t able to handle having my classpass email exist at multiple studios. Thus the classes I am signing up for through ClassPass are not processing as booked in the Rumble app. It’d be nice to have an update to the systems to be able to have your email account exist at multiple studios and process. Or have some sort of way to contact someone at Rumble to put a fix to my issue to handle my account specifically so I can pick a spot via the app prior to class. Can’t find anywhere to contact someone for help with this. ### 1/5 — Class Credit issue *2023-10-02, version 3.8.19* I paid for class credits but I cannot apply them for some reason. Each training session in which I have attended has been very satisfying and driven. All of the trainers are professional and well athletic. Shout out to Alex and his highly intense full body sweat bucket workouts at 5:30am throughout the week! Thank you all for your commitment. Not intuitive and once you get through the multiple steps to just try a class you got invited to it says you have to buy a class package. I had a lot of points that gave me early booking access and other perks. The last update deleted all the points. The staff at my location had no idea why. They were just as confused as me because they weren’t even told that classpoints were being removed. Does it only work if I bring my phone into class? What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t give me stats? I could do an unlimited membership, but the app makes me only want class packs on sale or max 4/month because I’m frustrated every time.
