## What is Rumii?

Rumii uses handset sensors to passively track the changes in behaviours that signal health shifts (sleep, movement, in-person social contact, and phone habits), and offers personalised adaptive interventions to get things back on track.

Switching between other apps is completely fine, and battery impact stays low, similar to wearing a fitness tracker.
