The algorithm plays like it’s stacked. For example: Getting a “Hand Rummé” on the very first hand is rare, roughly 1 in 50,000. Yet, it happens here too often. Players constantly go out on the first or second round and it breaks the rhythm and strategy the game usually has. Instead of feeling competitive and realistic, it feels artificial and frustrating. I’d love to see the developers revisit the probability model so the game plays more like the real thing. **Developer response:** Hello, we will gladly consider your criticism. However, please bear in mind that you also have the opportunity to play handrummy and perhaps even finish your hand throughout the entire time, while your opponent, for example, is still waiting for a specific card before they can play their own hand. That's when you get the big bonus points :-) We've already adjusted the rule so that a handrummy only scores double if the player uses exclusively their own cards. Die App ist übersichtlich, macht Spaß und läuft flüssig. Das Spielprinzip ist super umgesetzt, und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, gegen andere Spieler zu spielen, das gefällt mir richtig gut. Was mich allerdings wirklich stört, ist die häufige Werbung. Besonders während eines laufenden Spiels Werbung einzublenden, finde ich einfach unverschämt und störend. If you have any questions, send us an email to support@romme-palast.de. ### 1/5 — On regarde les autres jouer… *2024-12-26* Les trois quart des parties sont pliées en 2 tours de cartes… Quand tu arrives à poser 3 cartes les autres en ont déjà poser 12… Tu prends des rami secs à répétition et les joker tu les vois pas souvent dans ton jeux ( 15 manches sans un seul joke….). Jouant régulièrement au rami irl, j’ai rarement vu des donnés aussi mal équilibrées. Peut être faut-il faire chauffer la CB pour avoir un peu plus de jeux…. Bref. This last one when I tried to sign in, takes me to my settings on my phone. I have had as many as 3000 chips. Now cannot use my chips to eliminate ads. I love playing this game, but this is annoying. Tried signing in with Facebook email and Apple finally got in with Apple to a very old account of mine that had been lost before, I used to sign in with Facebook with no problem. If you have any further questions, please send us an email to support@romme-palast.de. ### 1/5 — Problems *2021-06-02* This could be a nice game app but it has some serious issues, 1- why there is more than 4 jokers in hands? 2- like 99% of all times you know if you’re winning or losing so most of people are leaving the table when they know they’re losers, and hands are repeat and repeat again, 3- server has so many problems about connection 4- how many times you’re playing rummy in real and your hand has 5 double cards or more ? :/ because it’s really normal and happening on there app so also algorithms of their bots are awful **Developer response:** Hello Amir, thank you for your rating. They keep insulting, every time I win a game I get insulted, yet when I respond to it in English it’s telling me my account will be banned. Yet they send insults and I can’t even report them. I love both of these games and I had Mau Mau for years, never had a problem until recently. The amount of insulting is horrible. I’m fed up with it already. It’s ruining both my game and my day and that’s it. I will not be reinstalling the games because I doubt you will do anything about it anyways ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2019-10-19* The algorithm is not very complex it ruins the randomness of the game making people who play this frequently be able to predict opponents cards. Leider gibt es immer wieder Leute die rumpöbeln, ich frage mich immer, ob die genauso ausfallend wären, wenn wir uns direkt gegenüber sitzen würden. Zum Glück gibt es ja das Meldeportal. Was mich aber gerade wirklich geschockt hat, ist die Tatsache, dass hier Werbung geschaltet wird von offensichtlich ultrarechten Firmen (in dem Fall: Deutsche Patrioten). Wird darauf nicht geachtet? Wie bei anderen Plattformen, die Werbeeinblendungen beinhalten, sind auch wir an ein sogenanntes Werbenetzwerk angeschlossen. Selbstverständlich unterliegt dieses Überprüfungen, allerdings kann aufgrund der hohen Anzahl der vielen Werbepartner, auch mal einer "durchrutschen". Es gibt bei den Einstellungen die Stummschaltung, den Schnellchat und die direkte Einschaltung, bei der du selber Tippen kannst. Der Fehler mit den unkenntlichen Karten sollte mit dem nächsten Update, welches schnellstmöglich veröffentlicht wird, behoben sein. Wir können dir den Tipp mit der Neuinstallation der App ans Herz legen. Dies hat bereits einige positive Rückmeldungen ergeben.
