The points for winning are not very good. As long as you play the practice rummy you don’t loose money, but it’s hard to gain points as winners don’t double their bet. You don’t play this game to win big, you play for the enjoyment of the game. They are very stingy in their rewards. You only break even if you in. I’m my state they do not allow online gambling, even though we have a ton of casinos up and down the Mississippi River. The game itself is really fun! I love rummy in general and this is a different twist to it. I haven’t ran into any bugs or glitches. Now if only my state would allow me to gamble online lol. The things is I don’t know what’s going on, but when I open the app the next day it makes me want to log in with different account, back to zero as I say after collecting money and points. Not just one but three times this happened to me already. Hoping that I could retrieve my money and points. But it’s all gone. I email the support but never get a response back. So I just deleted the app cause I’m just wasting my time here. I hope you can fix it, by then probably I can go back and enjoy again. ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2020-09-28* All the Skillz games are a scam. If you start winning too much, you stop getting matched with an opponent until they can find opponents to beat you and even the score. We have the best WiFi, my system is ALWAYS updated, I close out all other apps, & I close out my app consistently to “reset”, get my app constantly crashed. Now they tell me that my refund rate far exceeds the norm and they will not refund me for obvious app crashes. I played two games in a row for $6 and $3, and both crashed. Then, when I finally get it to do what I want it to do, the whole screen freezes. Then my scores aren’t sent. ### 1/5 — Typical. *2018-09-14* I’ve been playing Rummy games for some years on my phone and was stoked to find this game. I quickly became addicted and played often. I was in the practice league up to 7th place overall and was not awarded my diamonds. I have emailed back and forth with CS and as they are responsive they are also INCOMPETENT. How many times can you tell someone there was no match ID because there was no match. It was the CHALLENGE. I have played this game faithfully for weeks now and I worked hard to get to 7th place and I just want my in-game currency. How hard is that? I’m honestly ready to uninstall because they clearly don’t care. ### 2/5 — Great game but buggy as hell *2023-01-26* The game is great fun but there are several bugs that cause significant problems, which isn’t what you want when playing for real money. I’ve mentioned all the bugs to the support team, but they have never addressed any of them. The game is rarely updated, and when it is, the release notes only state “This update includes several bug fixes and improvements” without any detail, so clearly this is not a priority. I don’t understand how a company can be satisfied with a buggy app such as this without any effort to improve. Is it just greed? Just keep gambling and donating our money I guess is their message ### 2/5 — Fix Bugs *2022-05-13* Fun game but so frustrating to see reviews from two years ago asking for them to fix the dropping cards in wrong piles. No redo or undo. The cards get stuck and you’ll loose your points. There really isn’t a clear demonstration on how to get better at this game.
