## What is Run of Days?

Run of Days tracks your running streaks from Apple Health.

See your current and past streaks, follow milestones and personal records, and browse each streak as a calendar — every day gets a ring whose length shows the distance you ran and whose colors trace your heart-rate zones through the run.

Make the streak yours: set a minimum daily distance and allow rest days per week, month, or year, so an off day doesn't have to end the run. Rest days are marked with a moon on streaks, milestones, and share cards.

Dig into the details with charts for pace, distance (per run, week, or month), heart rate, heart-rate zones, VO₂max, and VDOT-based race estimates from Cooper to marathon.

Features include streak summaries and calendars, configurable streak rules, run details, records and milestone celebrations, shareable streak cards, a home-screen widget, CSV export, and metric/imperial units.

Run of Days is private by design: your Health data is read on your device and is not sent anywhere.
