I see rotating icons at the start without an end. Pro Tipp: tap the app icon a night before you like to use the app, click every minute to keep your screen alive and when you make it trough the Night, fingers crossed, the app has then finally started and is ready to use. ### 2/5 — Too pricey *2023-01-07* I like the features like adding stats to video, but a monthly subscription is just too much. Waste of money. ### 5/5 — Love this app! *2021-03-22, version 2.4.2* I use Strava to connect with lots of my running/cycling friends, and I love that this app syncs automatically with Strava. I have the Garmin Forerunner 25 and it works seamlessly with it and automatically uploads my runs/rides to Strava for me as soon as I’m done. It’s a great way to keep track of my progress. Love it! ### 5/5 — Works great love it *2021-03-22, version 2.4.2* Everything is so in order and fantastic I use this app everyday for my activities it’s also super convenient to have when you are downloading activities on Strava because it immediately downloads your activity to it all you have to do is push the arrows �� ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst Run Photo App *2026-07-10* This app is horrible. Despite paying for it, you do not have access to most of the functionality. They nickel and dime you to have an overlay that is instagram friendly. It is difficult to use and not intuitive or friendly to use. I actually was trying to get a trial version and it charged me for it in less than 24 hours. So DO NOT buy this app. There’s no place or ask for a refund either. ### 1/5 — In-app purchases galore *2026-05-10, version 4.2.1* Too many layouts hidden behind an in-app purchases paywall. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work on iPad *2025-12-25* This app is not worth the money. It creates a photo using your Strava run stats but you cannot save or use the photo. Drop down menus also do not work. Don’t waste your time or money. Doesn’t work at all on IOS 26. You cannot even login on iPhone running iOS 26. Disappointing app ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work on iPad *2025-11-30* This app is not worth the money. It creates a photo using your Strava run stats but you cannot save or use the photo. Drop down menus also do not work. Don’t waste your time or money. ### 1/5 — Not as good as it was *2025-02-11, version 4.1.3* Long time app user, unfortunately now looking for an alternative as there always issues syncing from Garmin and runs not showing, leading to always having to manually input. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me delete my account *2024-12-01* Though the photos are neat, it’s not worth the $30 yearly subscription fee and I was able to stop my free trial through the App Store. The app will not allow you to delete your account, however. It takes you on a continuous loop when you hit the “delete my account” button, with a message popping up stating you must re-log in for security purposes first. When you click the emailed link to log back in, it doesn’t load unless you close the app first and then you have to start all over again. **Developer response:** Hi, please contact me at support+runphoto@enduranceapps.com and I will take care of deleting your account for you. Thanks ### 1/5 — Did work great but……. *2023-11-15, version 3.7.1* After a couple of weeks the app now just gets stuck on the loading screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Should offer a refund for a defunct app ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2023-10-04, version 3.7.1* Purchased today, option gives 3 day free trial. Every time I select background type (video, photo or map), it auto shuts the app down when I click video. No recent updates available, app deleted and reinstalled and still same issue. No problem with photos, but will not allow me to customise and add any stats of the workout I want. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2023-08-13* I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro and the latest version of iOS. I recently paid for the upgraded version and the app keeps crashing each time I add a video and try to complete the process. I tried contacting the devs but the email form within the app does not work. This would be a great app if it worked properly. It’s the best way to share your experience from a run, workout or even a walk. It combines your photo with the stats you want to share - in the way you want to share them. Over the past few months I have used the the Garmin Connect app on the iPhone and found it to have more data from the ride in a more easily accessible format. Kudos to the Garmin team in developing the Garmin Connect app for the Apple iPhone! ### 5/5 — Garmin Forerunner 945 *2021-03-22, version 2.4.2* When I started training for my 1st half Ironman a buddy told me to get a Garmin. I struggled justifying the price of this watch but he assured me it was worth the money. He couldn’t have been more right. It tracks me better than apple products and gives me more details and stats. One of the best is in the water and in my transition times. I love that I can see my texts but so not feel obligated to answer them while exercising.
