### 3/5 — Simple and sometimes to simple

*2025-10-19, version 1.7.5*

Nice app which fulfils the use case for this app. The price is very high for a simple app. New Options like not getting your saved time deleted by Sunday and starting with a given screen time would be very nice.

3 Stars because of the missing features and the price for the premium version

### 4/5 — Noor

### 3/5 — Good, when it works

*2025-08-05, version 1.7.5*

Helps keep me from doom scrolling when it works. I purchased the premium subscription so I can pause screen time and use it when I need/want. Unfortunate it frequently errors and won’t pause. To fix it I have to delete the entire program and redownload it. No app support either. When it works it’s exactly what I’m looking for.

### 2/5 — Great in theory but too buggy

*2025-07-15, version 1.7.5*

I was thrilled to use RYT for a few days so I subscribed. But in the last few days the app has been too buggy — won’t let me unpause or pause. Doesn’t recognized Apple Health workouts. Deleting the app and reinstalling has helped a bit but in its current state, it’s not worth paying for.

### 3/5 — Just a Suggestion

*2025-06-25, version 1.7*

I think you should have 24 hours to redeem your screen time break because I work out at night and I don’t get to redeem that time. (unless I pay for premium which I will never do.)

### 2/5 — 2

*2025-06-22, version 1.7*

Great idea but it wouldn’t sync over after I did a workout, I’d go to look at social media afterwards and will be locked out as if I didn’t just workout.

### 3/5 — Needs more features

*2025-06-17, version 1.7*

It needs a option to start your day of with screen time instead of starting from zero

### 2/5 — App stoped working June 10

*2025-06-10, version 1.7*

I loved this app and it worked great but all of a sudden yesterday it stopped working! I can’t pause my time anymore even with the premium subscription which is something I had no trouble with at all until yesterday. The time ran out all the way to 0s but I can still access the apps that are supposed to be blocked. I really hope this gets fixed soon because I really loved using this app and it helped me a lot.

### 2/5 — Like the concept, super buggy

*2025-06-05, version 1.7*

I like this concept and think it highly effective if it worked. So many times it says I’ve run out of time for the day after two minutes when I had 2 hours. It doesn’t make sense.

### 3/5 — Improvement Needed, Developer Please Read

*2025-05-08, version 1.7*

Great App, love the idea. But there is a syncing problem where I’ll run on 8th of May and your App will say I’ve ran on the 5th of August. Then your app won’t let me unlock my apps. Seems like a simple fix with date formats with other countries adopting different formats to the developer. DD/MM vs MM/DD.

### 4/5 — So good!

*2025-05-03, version 1.7*

I want to give 5 stars so bad but it keeps getting stuck on 0 s and everything gets unblocked. Plz fix!!!

### 4/5 — Amazing

*2025-04-22, version 1.7*

Constantly doom scrolling I thought to try this app and it’s the first one I’ve found that completely stops me being able to scroll, wish it would have a feature for getting work done etc aswell as fitness stuff.

### 3/5 — Good app, limited settings

*2025-04-20, version 1.7*

The app is good but I want to change my linked workout tracking app from Health to Strava and it seems there’s no way to do so.

### 3/5 — Nette Idee

*2025-04-19, version 1.7*

Die Idee ist gut, aber leider bekomme ich recht häufig die Meldung: no more Session available, obwohl ich noch gar keine Session gestartet habe. Echt schade weil die Idee der App echt gut ist.

### 4/5 — Great app, annoying bugs

*2025-04-18, version 1.7*

I love the premise of this app and it did substantially cut my screen time in a way that has lasted longer than other apps I’ve tried to use for similar purposes. The only thing is that I’ve been having a problem where if I check the app to see if my work has synched, don’t start the session but then come back later to actually start my session. I get a message that I already used my session, which is really annoying. But it’s been great to get off my phone and move my body more generally

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Why say it’s free if it’s not

*2025-12-17, version 1.7.5*

You gave to pay to use the app might as well just exercise for the time you spent on your phone the day before without an app

### 1/5 — impossible to pass the free trial page

*2025-11-06, version 1.7.5*

I used this earlier in the year and loved it, but now that I’ve re-downloaded it and I’m trying to use it, it only allows me to try out the free trial. Not sure where you’re supposed to get the free version

### 1/5 — complaint

*2025-09-25, version 1.7.5*

it used to be free what happened 💔

### 1/5 — Won’t let me in

*2025-08-26, version 1.7.5*

Asks me to subscribe to the premium to get benefits, but then won’t even let me choose a free option, if you make an app cost a subscription, the least you can do is make it clear. I have a friend who uses the app for free, so why can’t I !!!???

### 1/5 — Not everything needs to be a subscription

*2025-08-19, version 1.7.5*

If you honestly think that I’m going to pay a subscription to use a screen limit app, you’re out of your mind.

### 1/5 — Really sad

*2025-08-17, version 1.7.5*

Please note I am really mad and sad about how this app is and take with a grain of salt that this is “constructive feedback”. This was one of my favorite apps and I was hospitalized and had to redownload it. But now it is stuck on a paywall where when I try to use the free version, it seems not to exist. The real difference why I chose this over free app blockers is not because of the “oh I run and get minutes off my own phone “ which is an okay concept but I liked it because it was free. And the kicker is in your description it says it’s free with paid premium, but when I try to find the free version it doesn’t exist. Please make a free version and thank you. This is like one of my first one star review as well. And how can google be free but not this?

### 1/5 — How do I get it to work

*2025-06-18, version 1.7*

I down the app went through the whole set up process and then selected the apps I want it to block but it doesn’t block the apps at all

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with Coros

*2025-04-08, version 1.7*

Cool idea but doesn’t work with Coros as advertised.

### 1/5 — I like the concept

*2025-02-23, version 1.5.3*

I downloaded it and started the trial feature and absolutely loved it! Once I downloaded the premium, immediately right afterwards the whole system started to crash. The apps I had selected to be blocked with no screen time was no longer blocked. Even though I had it marked on the app. Apps I didn’t have enabled were locked. I have not been able to reach anyone for support. So it’s a bit frustrating to pay $60 for something that stopped working once it came time to pay. I’ve tried turning off my phone. Going into the app and playing around and trying different things, to no avail a success.

### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work

*2025-02-05*

The app just count if you have a watch. The phone just counts steps and the app doesn’t take that in consideration

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Missing up screen time

*2025-08-06, version 1.7.5*

I installed this app and I didn’t like it when I delete it it missed up my screen time now it only shows the website not the app activity so I don’t recommend this app it’s waste of time

### 5/5 — Top App

*2025-06-18, version 1.7*

Ideal, um nicht zu viel sinnlose Zeit auf Apps zu verbringen

### 5/5 — W App

*2025-05-15, version 1.7*

W App you only watch out that you don’t delete it.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2025-05-12, version 1.7*

Amazing app highly recommend for people who need go lock in

### 5/5 — Great

*2025-05-11, version 1.7*

It’s a great app and works perfectly for connecting garmin/strava to it! One problem is that you can change your blocked apps and if I really want screen time I will just unblock the apps 🤣🤣🤣. I think you should get it if your screen time is bad as in one week my screen time reduced by 43%!!!

### 5/5 — Amazing App

*2025-05-07, version 1.7*

I think this should be installed on everyone’s phone. I have cut my screen time in half and worked out more than ever. This is amazing.

### 5/5 — Very good

*2025-04-29, version 1.7*

A price to pay for premium but the basic feature works perfect

### 5/5 — love it, but

*2025-04-22, version 1.7*

i love this app! but i have a suggestion for a non premium feature: i don’t workout first thing in the morning, but rather after school. i wish the time wouldn’t reset at midnight but instead have the option to change it to 24h after the exercise session. just a suggestion, otherwise this app really is amazing!!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-03-08, version 1.6.1*

Motivates me to become better and more athletic! Thank you for the amazing app, but I think you should round up the time instead of leaving it on seconds

### 5/5 — This helps a lot!

*2025-03-03, version 1.5.7*

It’s greats! I have no problems with it. I like that I don’t have to run , I get do push ups or biceps curls, what ever I want I can do. The only thing I would like is a widget or maybe a live notification. So I can easily see how much time I got. 👍🏿
