### 5/5 — Lockdown must!

*2020-12-23, version 1.24*

I’ve used this app during lockdown and wouldn’t have kept up running without it, I’m on level 4 and it encourages me to keep going, love it and recommend it to non runners like me.

### 5/5 — Best Get Back to Running - or start running from scratch - App EVEEEEEER

*2020-12-22, version 1.24*

I’m 58 and (used to) hate running ! But, want to be as fit as I can and I’m a tiny bit competitive with my 19 yr old son who is a runner. I started running with Run180 about 4 months ago snd it is awesome. 2 other colleagues from work have now joined me. Always feel great afterwards. Levels allow you to progress slowly. Rachel’s voice is divine - and comforting. Her exercise tips on FB are brilliant. 5 big bright stars and then some. It’s an App but Rachel who designed it is super smart, genuinely present and just wants us all to run towards happiness. Go for it. 👍🎉👍🎉👍

### 5/5 — Huge Help recovering from knee injury

*2020-12-22, version 1.24*

I used to run daily until I hurt my knee in a race.

Run180 took from not being able to run for 500m without my knee aching and reducing me to a limp for 48hr to being able to run 3km without any pain.

I’m only at level 3 and now don’t like to run without

Thanks for getting me back out on the road again

### 5/5 — Retraining in minimal shoes

*2020-10-20, version 1.19*

I absolutely love this app. The beat is hypnotic and Rachel’s voice and information are so helpful even if you’ve been running for awhile. I’ve tried a few running apps with coaches and they can sometimes be too much or feel obnoxious. Not Rachel. She is perfection.

### 5/5 — Rockstar Run180

*2020-08-18, version 1.19*

This app is awesome! Finally an app that is educational and on point! Mix of physio and run coach. Awesome!!

### 5/5 — Great app for new runners!

*2020-07-16, version 1.18*

Great for those looking to increase their cadence and learn to be an efficient runner. As a running physio, I recommend this highly.

### 5/5 — The impossible made easy!

*2020-04-30, version 1.14*

I have always told myself that I just couldn’t run and it wasn’t for me. Things in my body hurt and I always feared getting injured. This app has simplified it completely for me, increased my consistency and is getting me out and running!!! Mental and physical barriers broken I couldn’t be happier!! The app is also super easy to navigate and digest which helps for me as I am not tech savvy 😂

### 5/5 — “Can’t to Can” beat running app ever

*2020-04-26, version 1.13*

I went for a small run today. Didn’t think it possible. Been too long and I was nervous about injuries. But this helped me immensely !!!

### 5/5 — Amazing app for beginners!

*2020-04-26, version 1.13*

I thought I wouldn’t be any good as I’m a bit unfit and overweight but this app made it easy! Highly recommend - the fact it’s free is a bonus!!!

### 5/5 — Best Running App

*2020-04-24, version 1.12*

Run 180 is the key to reducing so many running injuries & increasing running efficiency & speed. If you’re a beginner up to an elite middle to long distance runner & your cadence isn’t 180 then you need to fix it, this App is the way you will do it. Best running App I’ve seen. ### 5/5 — Runners High

*2020-04-24, version 1.12*

I have always joked that if you see me running that something must be chasing me but secretly I wanted to be able to run with out injury or my plantar fasciitis returning. This app is the real deal and Rachel’s reassuring voice makes you feel like you can do anything. I also love the science behind it and find that running to the beat is so enjoyable. I love it❤️. ### 5/5 — Best virtual run coach ever!!

*2020-04-23, version 1.12*

I can’t stress how incredible this running coach is. I’ve been running at various levels for a while but I want to change my habits so I avoid injury and improve as I get older.

This is the way!!

I can mix up my programs and create positive run habits while being encouraged, supported and promoted by @run180. Love love love it. 🙌

### 5/5 — Amazing program for every level

*2020-04-22, version 1.1*

I am just so impressed with this app. Impressed with the science. Impressed with the way it caters to all levels and is so inclusive whether you are a beginner or not. Impressed that after 7 years of not running I actually am running along with this and not dying. I’m recommending to all of my friends.

### 5/5 — Get this app :)

*2020-04-22, version 1.1*

Great app, easy to follow, calming but encouraging voice. Highly recommended. Took me from hating running, feeling heavy and like I ‘wasn’t a runner’ to comfortably cruising out 15-20kms over the week without aches, pains and injuries.

### 5/5 — The best running app

*2020-04-19, version 1.1*

Great concept & great app. This got me from injured and hating running to loving it. I’m training for my first half marathon and running faster and further than I ever imagined possible.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 2/5 — It’s too simple.

*2021-02-12, version 1.24*

I appreciate the encouragement and beat of the app, but you have to go through and choose the level you want every time, you can’t pause it and resume, it doesn’t track your runs. It’s actually frustrating to use. I’m mad I paid for the year because I know I won’t be using it very much. My $29 would have been better spent on fit radio.

### 2/5 — L. Curry

*2020-09-19, version 1.19*

I loved running to this 180 pace and the beat was excellent to keep pace to. I also loved listening to the info when I was walking. I do however want more from the app. I am a complete beginner and will be doing level 1 many times. Will I have to listen to the same info each time? Also I would like to be able to keep a record of when I run and what level I do. Life gets busy and it is easy to lose track of when you have run. Have I missed something or is there no provision for this.

### 5/5 — Bloody brilliant!

*2022-05-12, version 1.29*

I am actually flabbergasted by how good this app is and the programs. Rachel literally teaches you HOW to run, its progressive and suitable for anyone from a complete beginner to advanced looking improve their technique. I’ve been away from running for a year and a half, and this app has really helped me get back on track in a smart way. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Incredible app

*2022-03-01, version 1.29*

If you’re new to running or want to get back into it then get this app. The techniques taught have stopped my running knee pain completely and I can feel my fitness improving after only doing the level one for a couple of weeks. I no longer drag myself out for a run, I look forward to it. I love having the beat to keep in time to, I’d highly recommend this app.

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2022-02-20, version 1.29*

Simple to use and to follow along; enjoyable to listen to; super effective.
Thank you for helping me get back into running!

### 5/5 — Brilliant, simple and so effective

*2021-02-08, version 1.24*

This app truly does make running easy - Rachel has created such an incredibly useful, simple and effective program that I highly recommend trying. The app provides an entirely straightforward process to tackling the skill of running in the most accessible way - a skill that can often seem challenging or out of reach becomes so attainable and actually quite addictive. Just by showing up, playing the app, running on the beat and hearing Rachel’s insightful and engaging narration, I have completely renewed my love for running. It feels easier than ever without any of the old injuries or issues I’ve experienced in the past. I can’t thank you enough Rachel for putting in so much thought, effort and enthusiasm into make this app. It is so motivating and useful!

Rachel is one amazing human being who is very passionate about running and passing her knowledge on to others. I had the luck to meet her when I injured myself while running and thanks to her amazing program I’ve been able to come back to it pain free, improve my speed and technique. I now know how to run properly preventing any injury. Thank you Rach!

### 5/5 — Best running app out there.

*2020-12-27, version 1.24*

Helped me get back into running after pregnancy and pelvic floor issues. Now I’m building confidence and stamina every time with far less wear and tear on the body. So motivating. Highly recommend.
